Amos’s father died in an accident 3 years ago. Their father’s family did not help to care for them so their mother had to do bricklaying work to feed them. There were regularly sent away from school because their fees had not been paid and they did not have the required books or school uniforms. In desperation their mother sought out a more distant relative and told her of their circumstances. It turned out this relative works at CFI, so brought the children to the Children’s home.
