Ayubri’s parents were idol worshipers and farmers, his father having 4 wives. After a dispute with his father Ayubri’s mother returned to her parents with Ayubri. There Ayubri became a Muslim and was enrolled in a primary school but was unable to finish because his mother could not pay the school fees.
After 4 years without school Ayubri’s brother, a Christian, asked his mother to allow Ayubri to go with him to help with his farm work. His brother brought him to Baba Zagi, where Ayubri became a Christian without his mother’s knowledge, and completed discipleship training. He was brought to CFI to allow him to attend secondary school and more bible training.
