CFI is a Bible College that equips men and women for life and ministry. It opened in 2007 as a mission orientated college, promoting and facilitating the establishment of churches by Spirit empowered gospel living and ministry predominately in unreached Islamic areas.

CFI is situated in Jos, northern Nigeria. It enrols students from all backgrounds and denominations, lecturing all Full-Time Diploma modules in both the Hausa and English languages.

Students may live on or off campus, while participating in study, prayer, manual work, evangelism, church planting, classes, library and online work.

Diploma and Degree programs begin every January and July. Contact the CFI office for exact dates.

CFI facilities includes a large library/study centre stocked with 3,000 quality practical and study books, video/audio study appliances, a large computer study library with dedicated 24 hour Internet connection and a computer book-reader for blind or English-learning students. Lecturers include pastors, other ministers of the gospel, local and foreign lecturers, univeristy professors and professionals.

Students have opportunity to serve in associated churches, outreaches and missions and learn while serving with CFI's video and editing facilities. All students are also invloved in sports at the fields and court facilities opposite CFI and in the CFI gymnasium on campus.

Programs available

• Two year Full-Time Diploma
• Two year Full-Time Degree
• Eighteen month Masters
• Five week Part-Time Diploma and Degree every June/July (three years)
• Weekend Diploma and Degree (2nd and 3rd weekend every month, three years)
• Correspondence studies
• Pastors may audit modules
• Public Seminars

All programs include studies in Bible, theology, ministry, Hebrew, Greek, Hausa, Arabic and English.

CFI is registered with the Ministry of Education in Plateau State. CFI will soon be accredited with the Nigerian Government. This usually means that credits from modules completed may be transferred to international colleges, but the student would have to make specific enquiries in their own nation to confirm this. (Accreditation has been offered to CFI by a government body, however the formal procedure has not yet been finalised. We hope it shall be shortly. We then plan to include the BC Online Study in those courses that are accredited.)
