Mission stations function as a base of operations in regions where gospel presence is low. CFI’s
pastors are often stationed in mission centres with their families. A church is founded and
outreach occurs in the surrounding villages and towns. Outreach includes the education and
nurturing of those who comes to know the Lord.
Mission Stations also serve as centres from where CFI can gather information about the needs of
the region in order to serve the wider community. If people are in danger and desire help, they
are taken to a safe place. CFI also sponsors multiple ‘safe houses’ where converts are given
safety, providing discipleship and education in Christian family.
