Help support CFM’s gospel outreach impacting
the lives of hundreds of thousands of people

Who are CFM?

CFM started as a Bible college in Northern Nigeria in 2007. Soon after crisis erupted in Jos resulting in tremendous loss of life as both Muslim and Christian communities suffered. We found our identity as peacemakers. Our teaching and practice shifted. As followers of Jesus we learnt to respond to crisis: firstly through short term aid; and then through long term peacebuilding projects designed to heal and restore relationships in fractured and broken communities. Now CFM employs more than 280 staff across our projects in the North.

Sponsor a Project

Our commitment to peacebuilding and caring for ‘the least of these’ has taken many expressions across Northern Nigeria. Chances are you’ll be passionate about one or more of these projects. Why not sponsor a project or become an advocate.

Learn with us

CFM started as a Bible College and this remains at the centre of all we do. Prof. Kent Hodge leads our team of practical theologians. There are a number of ways we have made this content available, we are sure you find one that suits you.

Invite us to Speak

We believe that there is something to learn from everyone. If you like what CFM does and you think your church/gathering would be interested in hearing from us we’d love to come and speak. Simply get in contact and we can arrange something.

CFM PROJECTS

CRISIS CARE

CHILDREN'S Crisis Homes

CFM accommodates, feeds, supports and educates more than 250 children across our two centres in Abuja and Jos.

These children have been orphaned through violence or abandoned because of extreme poverty. CFM works with extended family where possible in the hope that one day these children can be re-integrated into their communities.

VIEW PROJECT

cfm clinics

CFM has established a healthcare centre at our main site in Du, Jos. There is no national healthcare system in Nigeria.

We prioritise patients who would otherwise not be able to afford treatment, particularly young mothers and those suffering from HIV and chronic Hepatitis B.

VIEW PROJECT

refuge for persecuted disciples

CFM helps to accommodate, feed and disciple those who are facing extreme persecution for their new faith.

Many graduates of this centre go on to study in our Bible College or secondary school.

VIEW PROJECT

MARA'S HOUSE

This is a new project. Construction on the lower level of the refuge has begun.

Mara’s House will assist young women and new mothers who have been the victim of rape or domestic violence. Counceling, support and training will be provided to help victims and their families recover and flourish.

VIEW PROJECT

aid/relief fund

There are no government social support systems. For those who have lost everything, there is often no escape from sickness and poverty. Our relief fund helps to sponsor these families through their crisis with medical care, training, loans, education and even food at times, knowing that they will be able to do this for others in the future.

VIEW PROJECT

PEACEBUILDING

CFI BIBLE COLLEGE

CFM’s Bible College forms the heart of all we do, informing our practice across all departments.

We have more than 540 students enrolled across our Diploma, Degree and Masters programs. Almost all graduates go into part or full-time ministry after graduating.

VIEW PROJECT

KENT'S COMPUTER CENTRES

RURAL MISSION STATIONS

These are our rural bases. Our staff are placed in these strategic locations to disciple and plant churches.

We also train community workers who facilitate development projects in accordance with the communities vision and with a peacebuilding objective.

Similar to our computer centres our Vocational centre offers affordable training to local youth – getting them off the streets and into the workshops. We offer training in more than 15 trades.

VIEW PROJECT

CHURCH PLANTING
