Project Start:
2016
Project Aim:
To provide affordable healthcare for vulnerable people in the local communities

The Challenge
There is no free healthcare in Nigeria. Those who fall on hard times must rely on their family for support and for the payment of medical bills. When family can no longer offer support, or when there is no family, many are left without medical care. Many poor die of preventable diseases and injuries.
The Solution
CFM has long offered medical care through our employed nurses in the bible college. In recent years CFM has been able to expand this into more staff, including doctors, and a permanent clinic on our main site in Jos. A 2 level hospital is also in construction at our main site and will serve as our permanent medical project. These medical projects have been made possible through governement and charitable grants from Belgium and the UK.
